Unaccounted — Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Unaccounted, a personal time-tracking app. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

Unaccounted helps you track how you spend your time and sleep, compare it against goals you set, and see patterns in your data. It's provided as-is, and features may change, be added, or be removed as the app develops — this is an early-stage app under active development.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account.
• You must provide a real, working email address — it's how account confirmation, password reset, and (if you ever request it) deletion-related communication reach you.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings. This is permanent and cannot be undone — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that removes.

Your data

The data you enter — time entries, categories, sleep records, goals — is yours. We store it to provide the app's function and don't sell it or use it for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail on what's collected and who it's shared with.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to store or transmit anything illegal, don't attempt to access other users' data, and don't attempt to disrupt or abuse the service (including its AI features or backend infrastructure).

No warranty

The app is provided without warranty of any kind. It's a personal productivity tool, not a medical, health, or safety-critical device — sleep and activity figures it shows are for your own reference, not medical advice.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
